Yah. That’s how I felt moved to play with myself in public for this 5th installment of: *Intimacy in Isolation: 101 Ways to Play with Yourself*


Intimacy is one of many beautiful things that arises when we practice being with what is. Sometimes it’s necessary to move through the feelings of grief and loss before we can create to space to allow for new life to emerge.


Easier said than done. Play helps.


Hopefully this imperfect video of me playing with breath and sound as I drop into the feels will help you find your own intimate blessings at the end of the grief tunnel.
